2. Personal data processed

We may process the following categories of data through the website forms:

• First name and surname.

• Preference regarding the receipt of marketing communications.

Analysing the information provided by the data subject, preparing a commercial response and assessing the potential provision of Neurora services.

The legal basis will be taking pre-contractual steps or ANSBAD, S.L.'s legitimate interest in managing commercial requests, as appropriate in each case.

c) Sending marketing communications

Sending information about Neurora's services, news, content and promotions by electronic means when the data subject has expressly selected the optional marketing communications checkbox.

The legal basis will be specific, freely given, informed and unambiguous consent.

Where these providers act as processors, they will process data in accordance with ANSBAD, S.L.'s instructions and must be subject to the applicable contractual and security safeguards.

Some technology providers used by ANSBAD, S.L., including Google, Web3Forms, hosting services or email providers where applicable, may process data outside the European Economic Area.
